Shipping arrives in 3-5 business days by USPS. Tracking information will be emailed following your purchase

RETURN POLICY
To return an item, go to our contact page or email customer service (info@DefenseLeash.com) and request a Return Authorization (RMA) number for return. Once processed you will be sent a replacement product. Return policy is 30 days.

WARRANTY
